Ingredients:
Any tea: 1 teaspoon
Ginger powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Honey: 1/2 teaspoon
Water: 1 big mug
Preparation timing: 2-5 mins
Steps to follow:
STEP 1
Boil water in a pan for a minute. Add ginger powder, cinnamon powder as instructed. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Now let it cool for 1 minute.
STEP 2
Now after cooling, add honey. Drink it in the early morning, as you have your morning tea and even in evening tea.
