Ingredients
Refined oil- 1 tbsp
Broccoli florets- small bunch
(250 gm)
Garlic clove (5) - nicely chopped
Red Chilli (1) - roughly crushed
Soy Sauce- 2 tbsp
Lemon half- squeeze juice only
Salt & Black Pepper powder-
according to taste
Steps To Follow
STEP 1

Heat refined oil in a pan, add the
broccoli florets and let it fry for 2-3 minutes, or until it starts to soften, then add the
garlic and chili and fry for more 1-2 minutes.
STEP 2
Now add the soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and powdered black pepper and let it fry for more than 1-2 minutes, or
until the broccoli is tender.
STEP 3
To serve, spoon the stir-fry into
a bowl and serve as a side dish with chapati/ paratha.
