Green Tea! The name itself makes anyone to feel fresh and energetic. Yes, its true that green tea is the best medium to cut fat in this busy schedule of life.  At present, our life is too busy to get extra time to spend on our physique.

Life is too busy for everyone. It is very hard to make tome for oneself to go to gym or yoga classes. There is only 24 hours in a day. Out of which, eight to ten hours get spent at work place; two to three hours in travel; another eight hours in sleeping and rest in day to day homely works. In such instances, it is very difficult to get time for our own body.

Working people have more than worst situation to shape or tone their body. Leave about toning or shaping; the working life schedule is so hectic that taking a good sleep and getting up on time is not possible for us.

In such a instance, we can put a small effort to cut belly fat by ignoring milk tea and including the green tea in our diet. If anyone is thinking about fitness then they will certainly be familiar with the word- 'Green Tea'. Best belly fat cutter for working section of society.


Even if you are not working, still you can feel the lightness and some sort of fitness, if you start to consume green tea on daily basis. There are so many people who know about the green tea but still they do not know the way how to use green tea?

With my research from my nearby people and my own experience, I would like to share some ways to use green tea to minimize the belly or in simple words say- to cut the belly fats.

Way to prepare green tea to cut belly fat:

In morning, use more than one glass of hot water. Add one sachet of green tea or 1 spoon of organic green tea. let it rest and cool for about 10 to 15 mins. Then mix 1 table spoon of honey in it. Make sure, the water temperature should be warm. It should not be too hot else the medicated value of green tea will go off.

 Now, after preparing the green tea. Drink it all in small portion. Do not swallow it, but make sure to drink the whole. And for half an hour do not consume anything. Now, same preparation do it in evening. Make sure you do not consume any thing after drinking green tea for about half an hour You can enjy green tea in office too. Only carry your own sachet with you as different brands of green tea. Just prefer the one which suits your body type.

Personally, I feel light and hunger control after having green tea. I would like to share my personal experience that after consuming green tea, I complete my work with some extra energy and enthusiasm.
